About Neurolink Academy

Neurolink Academy is a BCBA-led ABA therapy provider and Minnesota EIDBI provider in Brooklyn Park. We exist so that Twin Cities families, whatever plan they are on, can start their child’s therapy feeling calm, informed, and welcome.

Neurolink Academy at a glance

  • BCBA-led: every treatment plan is authored and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • DHS-enrolled EIDBI provider.
  • EIDBI and Medical Assistance welcome: Straight MA, HealthPartners PMAP, Blue Cross Blue Shield PMAP, and MA TEFRA.
  • Center-based care at our Brooklyn Park clinic, serving the Twin Cities metro with transportation partners.
  • We serve children ages 2 to 10 with autism and related conditions.

Why we exist

A family should never lose the early years to waitlists, paperwork, or an insurance card that providers refuse to take.

That conviction shaped everything about Neurolink Academy. Most families who need Minnesota’s EIDBI benefit are on Medical Assistance, yet many Twin Cities ABA providers do not accept it. We made welcoming Medical Assistance the foundation of our practice instead of an afterthought, and we built our intake process so a stressed, time-poor parent can start with one short form or one phone call.

Our promise to every family is the same: clear answers, credentialed care, and a team that treats your child as a whole person.

Who we serve

We work with children ages 2 to 10 who have a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder, and with children who have related developmental conditions when a qualified provider refers them. Younger children typically begin through our early intervention program; older children focus on independence and school readiness.

Geographically, we serve the Twin Cities metro from one anchor: our center-based clinic in Brooklyn Park. Transportation partners help families in surrounding communities attend consistently, so center-based care is not limited to families who live nearby.

Our clinical approach

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the evidence-based core of what we do, delivered through a BCBA-led model: Board Certified Behavior Analysts design and supervise every program, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) deliver daily sessions under that supervision. Three commitments shape how it feels in practice.

Explore our services

  • Individualized, always

No two children get the same program. Every Individual Treatment Plan (ITP) is written by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) around your child’s strengths, needs, and your family’s priorities, then adjusted as your child grows.

  • Family-centered

You are not a spectator to your child’s therapy. Parents and caregivers get coaching, plain-language updates, and a real voice in goals. Progress that only happens at the clinic is not finished progress.

  • Autism-affirming

We build on what children can do, respect how they communicate today, and never treat a child as a problem to fix. Strengths-based is not a slogan here; it is how goals get written.

How care works here

Behind the philosophy is a concrete clinical structure. Three things define how a week of therapy actually runs.

Structured days, individualized goals

Children attend on a schedule set by their Individual Treatment Plan, typically 20 to 40 hours per week. Days follow a predictable rhythm: one-on-one teaching, meals and life-skills practice, and structured group play.

BCBA supervision, continuously

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) deliver each session, and the supervising BCBA works on site: observing sessions, reviewing the data every week, and adjusting the plan as your child grows.

Parents coached as partners

Parent and caregiver training is a scheduled, covered part of every program. You learn the same strategies your child's team uses, so progress carries into your home.

Fair questions to ask any provider

You are choosing who to trust with your child. These deserve straight answers.

Neurolink Academy is a BCBA-led, center-based ABA therapy provider and a Minnesota EIDBI provider. We serve children ages 2 to 10 with autism spectrum disorder and related conditions at our clinic in Brooklyn Park, with families coming from across the Twin Cities metro.

We are enrolled with the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) as an EIDBI provider. Every treatment plan is authored and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and daily sessions are delivered by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) under that supervision. Our trust model is organizational: credentials you can verify, rather than personalities.

We are a DHS-enrolled EIDBI provider, which means we meet the state's requirements to deliver and bill EIDBI services through Minnesota Health Care Programs. You can verify our enrollment in the Minnesota MHCP Provider Directory (search Type: Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI), Subtype: EIDBI Agency), and our listing in the Autism Society of Minnesota (AuSM) resource directory.

Two ways to be part of this

If you are a parent, intake takes about five minutes and our team responds within one business day. If you are a BCBA or RBT who believes families deserve this kind of care, we would like to meet you.
