What happens after you submit
We reach out within one business day
A real person from our intake team contacts you the way you asked: call, text, or email.
We verify your coverage
We check your child’s Medical Assistance or EIDBI eligibility on our end. You do not need to call your insurance.
We map the next steps together
Intake meeting, evaluation, authorization, scheduling: you get a plain-language plan, step by step, for getting your child to their first session.
Not sure where you are in the process?
Families reach out at every stage, and intake is the right next step from all three. See where you fit.
Just noticing signs
No diagnosis, no paperwork, lots of questions. Start with intake anyway: we explain the evaluation path and verify coverage, and you commit to nothing.

Your child has an autism diagnosis but not the evaluation Minnesota requires for EIDBI funding. We help you get from one to the other.
How EIDBI worksCMDE done, ready for therapy
The hardest step is behind you. We verify coverage, build the treatment plan, and get sessions scheduled at our clinic.

Worried about cost? For most EIDBI families on Medical Assistance, therapy comes at no out-of-pocket cost, and we verify coverage before anything begins. See how coverage works and the plans we accept.

Just this form or a phone call. Helpful extras, if you have them: your child’s insurance card and any evaluation or diagnosis paperwork. None of it is required to make first contact.
No. You can contact us at any stage, including before a diagnosis. EIDBI-funded therapy will eventually require a diagnosis and a CMDE (Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation), and we help families navigate both steps.
We accept Minnesota Medical Assistance in four forms: Straight MA, HealthPartners PMAP, Blue Cross Blue Shield PMAP, and MA TEFRA. For most EIDBI families, therapy comes at no out-of-pocket cost. Tell us your plan name and we will verify it for you.
It depends on where you are in the process. A child with a completed CMDE and active coverage can move to scheduling quickly; a family starting from scratch first needs the evaluation and authorization. Either way, we are currently accepting new clients and we keep every step moving.
Of course. Submit the form with your number and pick "phone call," or skip the form entirely and call us at 612-464-4132 during office hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
We are currently accepting new clients. How quickly therapy begins depends mostly on where your child is in the evaluation and authorization process, not on a queue at our end. Contact us and we will give you an honest read for your child's situation.
Nothing is required. If you have them handy, your child's insurance card (or plan name) and any prior evaluations make the first conversation more productive. An IEP or school evaluation helps too. If you have none of these yet, call anyway; gathering them is something we help with.
