We read your application
A real person on our team reviews every application; we don’t bounce you to an auto-responder.
We reach out about a conversation
If it looks like a fit, we’ll email or call to set up a first conversation about the role and your goals.
We’re honest about timing
We’ll tell you plainly what’s open now, what’s coming, and what the path looks like, including RBT training or BCBA supervision.

Before you apply
The questions candidates ask right at this point.
For Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) roles, yes: current BCBA certification and the ability to practice in Minnesota. For Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles, certification is a plus but not a prerequisite; we support strong candidates through the RBT training and certification process.
No. The form asks for the basics so we can start the conversation. You can paste a resume or LinkedIn link if you have one handy, or email your resume to info@neurolinkacademy.com after you submit and we’ll attach it to your application.
A real person reads your application and responds. If it looks like a fit, we’ll reach out to set up a first conversation, usually within a few business days. We respond to every application either way.
Aspiring BCBAs need supervised fieldwork hours under a certified BCBA. Because our model is center-based and BCBA-led, supervision happens where you work, every day. If you’re an RBT pursuing certification, tell us in the application and we’ll be honest about what we can support and on what timeline.
